For the last ten years or so Barningham Heritage has helped to encourage interest in the history and community of Barningham. It has arranged various activvities over the last decade including a village weekend and other commnity activities ans well as talks on local history and culture.. Events take place at irregular intervals and there is an Annual meeting in September. Barningham heritge also maintains this website.

The 388^th Bomber Squadron was stationed at Knettishall Airfield during the war and some residents of Barningham still maintain contacts with members of the 388^th Group,  - see:    http://www.388thbg.org/
